Satya Narayana Nadella (born 19 August 1967) is an India American business executive. He is the Cheif Executive Officer (CEO) of Microsoft, succeeding Steve Ballmer in 2014.During Ballmer's 14-year run, Microsoft's stock mostly went sideways. But since Nadella took over on Feb. 4, 2014, the share price has almost tripled, stock having risen more than 130%. Microsoft is the world's fourth most valuable company, behind only Apple, Amazon and Alphabet.
