Stan Lee, the legendary writer who co-created Black Panther, X - men, Thor, The incredible Hulk, The Fantastic Four, among countless other characters, died early Monday morning in Los Angeles.

Stan Lee was born on 28 December 1922 in Manhattan, New York. His father was a Romanian immigrant, a dress cutter. Stan Lee was influenced by books and movies particularly those with playing heroic roles. Stan also worked in United States Army.

Lee and Jack Kirby started Marvel comics in 1961 with the fantastic four, and he co-created many other Characters. Through these super heroes, he was able to inspire generations of fans.
